Hartley’s Coulis are available in four versatile flavours; Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Forest Fruits and Mango which contain up to 83% fruit* – higher than any other branded range on the market**. With a smooth thick texture, rich fruity flavour and vibrant colour, they can be used to enhance a wide range of desserts from ice cream to cheesecake to brulee. They also make great additions to yoghurt for breakfast, drizzled over starters and salads, served with meat in a jus or even added to cocktails, smoothies or fruit punch. The convenient, ready-to-use 300g bottles have two dispensing solutions – a decorating nozzle for accurate delivery and a non-drip cap for controlled pouring. The only bottle you don’t have to decant!
Hartley’s Compotes use the finest fruits to create truly delicious accompaniments, fillings, toppings and ingredients to sweet and savoury dishes. An easy, hassle-free way of creating unique menu solutions, they are available in four mouth-watering flavours; Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Forest Fruits and Peach, all bursting with real fruit pieces and boasting up to an impressive 60% fruit***.
Tasting great with porridge and cereal, Hartley’s Compotes can also be used in trifles or scones, with rich meats or cheese, poured over puddings and cheesecakes or baked into tarts, pastries, crumbles or pies! They are available in a 1kg wide-neck bottle for easy decanting.

Hartley’s Coulis are available in a 2x300g twin pack case with the addition of a decorating nozzle, while Hartley’s Compotes are offered in a case of 4x1kg. Both products are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, giving a refrigerated shelf life of four days when opened.
